Will HP Chief Secretary head Regulatory Commission in Punjab ?
Grapevine has it that Himachal Pradesh Chief Secretary Sanjay Gupta who is retiring on May 30 is being appointed Chairman of the Electricity Regulatory Commission in Punjab. He is 1988 batch IAS officer of Himachal Pradesh cadre.
